Choose whether you want to take advantage of our discounted cash prices or use your own insurance for labs.  Please keep in mind that if you choose to use your own insurance you are responsible for the cost of labs through your insurance and any charges incurred that are not covered.  

Next, choose the earliest available appointment/time slot to get the process started. This is not an actual appointment but rather gets you in our system so our providers can order labs.  Enter your demographics and make payment.  *This initial payment includes your initial 1:1 virtual visit with our provider after your lab results are received.  

After you are scheduled:

• You will receive intake paperwork via email.  Please fill out electronically asap.
• We will place the lab order electronically and you will be contacted by Access Labs/LabCorp to arrange your lab draw.
• If you decided to use your own insurance, we will send a lab order to you that you will then use to obtain labs at your desired facility.

Once we receive your results, we will contact you to schedule your 1:1 virtual visit with our medical provider. 

After receiving your lab results, we will contact you to schedule your convenient virtual visit with one of our medical providers.  

Your medical provider will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and concerns, explain your lab results in detail and recommend a personalized treatment plan.  

We typically monitor labs every 90 days.  Some instances may require more frequent monitoring.
